Apple II Software & Developer Websites

These sites contain software from various Apple II developers and software companies. Many of these sites contain popular commercial programs that the authors have now generously made available for free or as low-cost shareware. Others are home to software currently being developed for the Apple II or utilities for manipulating Apple II files on modern computers. Some of the commercial sites have the history of the company and other interesting information on them.


ADT (Apple Disk Transfer) 2005 - http://adt.berlios.de/
ADT is a set of programs used to transfer 5.25" disk image files between a PC and Apple II whose serial ports are connected by a null modem cable. A disk images saved on the PC can be written directly to a floppy disk in the Apple II drive and a floppy disk in the Apple II drive can be saved as disk image on the PC.

ADTPro is a set of programs used to transfer floppy and hard disk image files between a PC and Apple II whose serial ports are connected by a null modem cable.  ADTPro expands on the original ADT's functionality by being able to transfer data to and from any ProDOS block device, as well as supporting the Super Serial Card or IIgs modem port at 115,200 baud.
